entertainment, bringing families closer together, and the satisfaction
of creating something of your own.
The Arts & Crafts Center is the perfect spot to learn new skills or
polish old ones, it’s here to help turn your art and Crafts dreams
into reality. Skills Development, the
Hobby Shop, or the
Arts & Crafts Center,
the facility is equipped with what you need to get your projects done
right.
Take a few minutes and tour our website. You’ll find the
Center has something for everyone. The Center is divided into 6
major areas: Plaques & Engraving, Custom Framing, the Wood Hobby Shop,
the Auto Hobby Shop, the Arts & Crafts Store, and the Arts & Crafts
School.
Within the Arts & Crafts School there are a number of studios for
your enjoyment: picture framing, paper-making, clay pottery, fabric &
fiber, stained glass, multi-purpose, automotive, and woodworking.
The Center is also making plans for a culinary art studio currently on
the drawing board for gourmet cooking classes.
Is there an art or Crafts you’ve always wanted to learn more about?
Call or visit the Center and see if it’s among those already scheduled
or suggest adding it. Here’s a tip: Register early for classes!
Many classes fill quickly. What about teaching a class or workshop?
This is a great opportunity to share your talents with others, and
make a little extra money while doing it. The Center is always looking
for new ideas for classes and the staff is excited about talking with
potential instructors about opportunities. Perhaps you’d like to
help out at the Center as a volunteer. There are volunteer
opportunities as well. |
